Do you offer overnight or express return?⌄
Yes. For parents who need their stroller back first thing in the morning we offer a Priority Return add-on.
Are your cleaning products safe for my baby?⌄
Yes - completely. Every product we use is plant-based and baby-certified. We use Branch Basics, Force of Nature and Dapple Baby throughout. No synthetic fragrances, no harsh chemicals, no bleach. Safe for babies, safe for pets, safe for sensitive skin. If your child has specific allergies or sensitivities just let us know in the booking form and we'll adjust accordingly.
What stroller brands do you service?⌄
All of them. UPPAbaby, Bugaboo, Stokke, Nuna, Babyzen, Mockingbird, Cybex, Silver Cross, Baby Jogger and more. If your brand isn't listed just select Other.
What areas do you currently serve?⌄
We currently serve the Upper East Side and Upper West Side. Expanding to more Manhattan neighborhoods soon.
Do I need to be home for pickup and return?⌄
Not at all. Leave it with your doorman, or tell us where to find it when you book. We collect it, clean it and return it within 24 hours.
How will I know when my stroller has been picked up?⌄
We'll send you a WhatsApp confirmation at each stage - when we collect it and when it's back at your building.
What if my stroller has a tough stain?⌄
Our hot water extraction handles most stains that look permanent. If a stain genuinely can't be removed we'll let you know before we return it.
What's your cancellation policy?⌄
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Just WhatsApp us and we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
